Utility and Scope
Main objectives of "Collaboration Folders":
- Collaboration with your customer via virtual project spaces, which enable data exchange during ongoing projects

Possibility of data exchange (files, documents) between two parties (buyers and suppliers)
Project spaces and folders can only be created by buyer-users. These users can also determine authorizations as well as the settings for notifications.
Roles and Authorizations

In order to be able to access the service Collaboration Folder, the user account needs to have the role CollFoldersSellerUser assigned to it

Also, the user account needs to be assigned as Customer Responsible for the service "Collaboration Folders"
Handling from a supplier's point of view (example)

Your customer creates a collaboration and includes your company as a participant

Via the service "collaboration Folders", your customer provides you with files and documents for participation

These files and documents can be checked out, modified and then re-uploaded (check-in) into the same folder or another folder, for which authorization is granted
